Q: HOW DO I SELECT A COLOUR?

A: Colours are selected at random with what colours are in stock. Message us on insta @thebeersnorkelshop with your order number and colour preference. 

Q: HOW DO I USE THE BEER SNORKEL?

A: Place the snorkel on a glass bottle neck and make sure its on tight. When ready flip the bottle with your mouth on the mouth piece and Skull. It's that easy.

Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up between 1-3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfilment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email or FaceBook messenger. To get your tracking number, simply email us at beersnorkelcustomerservice@gmail.com and we will have it sent to you. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
